ENROLLMENT INFORMATION |
These terms and conditions are intended to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel after 5pm the Thursday immediately prior to your scheduled class or you do not attend the class you have registered for, you will forfeit your entire course fee. We do not give refunds for CPR course fees.

Reschedule Policy -
All rescheduling requests have to be made in writing. You may reschedule your
course by e-mailing us at certsandlicensing@bamasf.com by 5pm the Thursday, immediately prior to your scheduled class date.
You will be charged a rescheduling fee of $10. If you provide less than 2 business days notice of your class
date change, the charge will be 100% of the total tuition paid. You may only reschedule once and the
rescheduled date must not be more than 30 days after your original class date. If you do not attend the
rescheduled class or cancel after the deadline, you will forfeit your entire course fee. No refunds will be issued. Our
Administrative Offices are open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and rescheduling requests are accepted during those times.

Late Arrival -
Our classes start on time. If you are late for your scheduled class, you will be turned away
and asked to reschedule. Please plan your trip accordingly. We recommend coming to Bay Area Medical
Academy by BART. We are conveniently located next to the Powel Street BART station. Parking in
Downtown San Francisco is limited to Metered Street Parking and Garage Parking.
